Terms of service.
The commercial framework governing access to this website and acquisition of any Super Wallet digital assets.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or ordering services from MIKODES, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the site or order our services.
2. Purchases
Since 28 September 2026 the Super Wallet source code is sold only on CodeCanyon; those purchases follow the Envato licence and Envato's refund policy. Purchases made directly from MIKODES before that date keep the terms they were made under (see /license and /refund). Installation and customization services are agreed with MIKODES separately, in writing, before work starts. We encourage all buyers to review the interactive demo and technical documentation before purchasing.
3. Limitation of liability
Super Wallet provides a commercial source-code package "as is". We shall not be held liable for any financial losses, security vulnerabilities, or operational failures introduced by third-party modifications, smart contract interactions, or network-level exploits after the source code has been delivered.
4. Intellectual property
The Super Wallet brand, website design, and proprietary architecture are the intellectual property of Super Wallet. Licensees are granted the usage rights of their licence (the Envato licence for CodeCanyon purchases, or the direct-order licence for purchases made from MIKODES before 28 September 2026), but do not acquire ownership of the Super Wallet brand itself.
