1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any digital assets from SUPER WALLET, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or acquiring our technology.
2. Purchase & Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of source code and immediate asset delivery, all acquisitions are final. Once the digital files have been delivered or Git repository access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks. We encourage all buyers to review the interactive demo and technical documentation thoroughly before finalizing a purchase.
3. Limitation of Liability
SUPER WALLET provides a commercial source-code package "as is." We shall not be held liable for any financial losses, security vulnerabilities, or operational failures introduced by third-party modifications, smart contract interactions, or network-level exploits after the source code has been delivered.
4. Intellectual Property
The SUPER WALLET brand, website design, and proprietary architecture are the intellectual property of SUPER WALLET. Licensees are granted specific usage rights as detailed in our Commercial License Agreement, but do not acquire ownership of the SUPER WALLET brand itself.
